Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their booking; however, cancellation charges may apply based on operator rules. Many flights require non-refundable deposits due to aircraft positioning and crew allocation.

Cancellation by Operator

If an operator cancels due to weather, technical issues, or safety limitations, Jetrique will:

  • Offer alternative flight timings
  • Provide route adjustments
  • Issue refunds where applicable

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on time for departure may result in 100% trip forfeiture.
